The Arne Wellness Center requires a 24 hour notice for cancellations. A missed appointment without 24 hours notice is subject to a full charge for the service/s missed. Please be on time for your appointment. In the event you are late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly and you will still be charged full price.
Appointments made before or after normal AWC hours are accommodated as good will to you. The doctor and AWC team members come to serve you on their time off. Out of respect for our time, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment. In the case of an emergency please call as soon as possible and leave a message so you will not be charged for your visit.
