I first went to the Arne Wellness Center to try the Zerona. I had no idea the little piece of heaven I stumbled upon. To start, the customer service was exceptional. The entire staff makes it a point to know your name.
The office ambiance is soothing with essential fragrances, soft lighting, comfortable seating, and with educational health info playing on LCDs in each room.
Your account is personalized and you are given a key card that checks you in and opens the computer in your treatment room so that your file and any staff notes are immediately available to your current practitioner.
The center offers a variety of treatments, all of which I have found surprisingly beneficial. The crowning jewels are Bessie and Dr. Arne who tag team your issues to make sure that you get relief from your symptoms but also so that you know the root cause of your problem and can stop it from reoccurring!
Bessie is a magician at preparing you physically so that you can get the most benefit from your chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Arne puts the 'icing on the cake' with a strong intuitive sense and expert chiropractic skills.
Everything you might need to either regain or maintain your health can be found here. You won't be disappointed; in fact I believe they will exceed your expectations ... They definitely exceeded mine!

I was fortunate to discover the Arne Wellness Center over 6 months ago. It was serendipitous in that my massage therapist was once an employee for the business and highly recommended them to me. I had been suffering from multiple physical and emotional ailments for years. Primarily, my physical maladies consisted of a sore neck, back and knees. I have also been a chronic sufferer of anxiety which has hampered my life at times.
I was impressed from the start. The entire staff was extremely welcoming. They were professional, yet conveyed a sense of genuine care for me and my health. I knew I was in terrific hands. I was able to meet with Dr. Arne and other staff members at the initial visit. Each played an individual part in gathering information concerning my health that was later amalgamated to produce and overview of my status. Q&A, computer scans using advanced technology, muscle testing and many other deductive methods were used to gather this empirical data.
Because of the positive results, I have continued to return to the Arne Wellness Center. My back, neck and knees have grown stronger and the pain has been greatly allayed. My anxiety has decreased dramatically through continued emotional release sessions which allowed me to live life more fully.

One Year Later
It has now been a year since I was introduced to the Arne Wellness Center and 6 months since my last testimonial. Just when I thought I had plateued with wellness, the Arne office pushed me further and facilitated my transcendence into a healthy lifestyle I had not thought possible for myself.
Not only has the Arne Wellness Center been a catalyst for my physical well being, but my mental health has improved dramatically as well. I have since joined a concert band and a choir; choices which would have created prodigious amounts of trepidation for me years ago. Now, I see these activities as enjoyable. Hi! My name is Evon Holliday and I was in a car accident. I had herniated discs and was in a lot of pain. I tried many providers but could not get any relief until I went to see Dr. Steve Arne. The Arne Wellness Center (AWC) has a variety of treatment approaches, used in conjunction with chiropractic, to decrease my pain such as cold laser therapy, massage, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy and emotional release therapy to erase the trauma of the accident. Dr. Steve and the healers at the Arne Wellness Center kept me moving toward healing whenever I had a flare up. What I like best about the AWC is the freedom to express myself about my “total self”. I was hurt in a wrestling match and couldn’t figure out why I was in so much pain. I had no broken bones. The hospital told me not to wrestle for the rest of the season. The Doctor gave me morphine and told me to use ice and my pain would get better in a few weeks. But I didn’t have a few weeks. I wanted to keep wrestling and be healthy for the 2009 sections and the state wrestling tournament. I decided to visit my aunt and uncle, Dr. Steve and Bessie Arne. At the Arne Wellness Center, I was able to get healthier and wrestle again in just 4 days. I made it to sections and won 1st place! I am looking forward to state. The doctors told me it wouldn’t be possible but with chiropractic, cold laser and the tensegrity I feel healthier and stronger even more than I did before the injury. Thank you for all your help!

I have been an AWC patient for years. Recently, I made the AWC an integral part of you "get well" plan. I still remember coming to Bessie at my lowest point ready for a big change. I'd been in transition for the previous 5 years with college, new residences, study abroad, and bad relationships. Along with an un-healthy lifestyle, I was carrying emotional baggage from childhood and adolescence. I have been to counseling but it didn't deal with my issues fully.
The treatment plan from Dr. Steve and Bessie were Chiropractic adjustments combined with physical and emotional detox. I came 3 times per week for the first few months to detox physically with adjustments, Zerona Lipo Laser, EB foothbaths, and the Hothouse. These were combined with Emotional Release, Color Therapy, and Flower Essences for emotional detox.
As I progressed, I cut back on visits. However, I know that I need to continue to come because maintenance is so important. I have lost 35 pounds and 22 inches all over! I am down 3 dress sizes! More importantly, I've let go of so much more than just weight. I've overcome inner chaos that fed my overeating. I am active and motivated to continue with progress.

I came in for my appointment for laser therapy and adjustment on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. While talking with Maggie she noticed an ugly red mark on my arm. I had burned myself while taking a pizza out of a 425 degree oven about 10 days earlier. I had been treating the burn with bactroban 2% and bandaging it to cover it completely. Bessie offered to treat the burn with her laser while doing my regular laser treatment.
I was amazed at what I found the next day. I was so amazed that later that day I stopped back at the clinic to show Bessie. The burn had healed by half in just one day. I had Maggie take a picture and Bessie did another laser treatment. Well, I came back again on Thursday to show everyone in the office. It was amazing. Again, we took pictures.
The healing that took place before my eyes prompted me to come back and show Bessie. I come to the clinic because the treaments they offer bring me relief, but to actually see the healing, well that was incredible!
I wanted to share this experience because I feel it graphically demonstrates the healing that I've found through the Arne Wellness Center.
